Iram & Ayaz's Wedding Pictures

Those of you who don't know, I & Madiha got married on 28th November 07 in Lahore. Week after mine, It was my friend Ayaz & Iram's wedding in Karachi. Ayaz's wedding was planned in Denmark originally but due to the conflict with my arrangements, he also moved the whole event to Pakistan so that everybody could participate in both weddings in one trip. My job on his wedding was to take control of multimedia side of things :-). I am loaded of all this data from both weddings and most of the images will be uploaded to my Google Album and can be accessed here: http://picasaweb.google.com/rauf.niaz where I will be adding more picture in coming weeks.

Iram & Ayaz’s engagement photo session was done on Heathrow airport in a rush few months ago. It is available to download as a PC slideshow from http://www.rauf.co.uk/ayaz.exe

High Definition Video of both weddings is under post production. SD DVDs will be available in couple of weeks followed by either Blu-Ray or HD-DVD soon for full HD experience.

You have forever preserved the memories in the form of these beautiful pictures .. Once again i'm impressed with the way you've captured the best moments of the event .. i.e you have captured the feelings written on the human face ..
WOW..Rauf ..your work is just so amazing..
Every picture tells its own story .. a lot of them shaped by the moods or insights of different people they are at the time you see it..
"Photography for me is not looking, it's feeling. If you can't
feel what you're looking at, then you're never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures."

-Don McCullin

Its ike ..whats in the picture is felt by the onlooker .. this is what makes your work sooo beautiful ..

Wish you alll the best ...

You have just won a shopping trip to trafford centre for writing this. :-)) Just Kidding....hahaha..!!

Thanks for your first ever written feedback on my photography. (seriously) and most importantly, for all the support you give me. (Including looking after my gear on the wedding during all the running around)

Love the quote by Don McCullin. I agree.

Love you

xx

Rauf man .... I must admit that it is really great work and piece of art. You have really captured not only the moments but the feelings very well too. It requires a lot of commitment and concentration to pull something like that off and i am thankful for your patience with someone like me (who is very impatient). I actually chose some pictures out of the gallery and made a slide show to show my colleagues and they were impressed too. I hope my feedback will make you feel that i am more thankful ;)

And Madz.... How much did Rauf offer you for writing such a wonderful feedback? ;)

The commitment and passion you have for photography is very evident in these pictures...every picture shows a story...and together they form an amazing journey. You really have made this journey and occassion unforgettable for us...seeing these pictures- how they truly and beautifully capture the moods, shades and sentiments- is like reliving it all:)It is amazing how you are able to capture the beauty of fleeting moments through your lens.
